I plan to do it Myself, need some help & suggestion
1. Do we need get our education evaluation done, i am from india with Bsc +Msc(physic) +PGDCA.Will they
consider degree from India as valid with any evaluations.
No educational evaluations are necessary. Provide them ORIGINAL transcripts and notarised copies of your degree certificates
2.For experience what i plan to do is give notarized copies of experience letter,paystubbs. Probably lot
of paystubs so that it looks complete, appointment letter, W2 forms.
This should be sufficient. Provide a copy of resume too
3. Bank statements
Provide bank statements for the last 3 months.
4.Mariage certificate + Birth related documents (notarized)
5. IF some of you can share some Formats which you guys have used to write letter to CIC so that you
get waivered of you English test.
Write them a letter saying that you were educated in English and you are proficient inEnglish. They dont care for IELTS if you apply for US.

The focus is shifting from housing to economy and jobs. With 500,000+ applying jobless claims in a week is horrific. People will soon be thinking 'can we send 10+ million illegal immigrants and 1+ million legal immigrants back home to get jobs for local people'. I find it would be tough now to sell the idea that immigrants can save the economy by buying house. If some bright politician gets the idea 'why not send the immigrants home and create jobs' we all will be in trouble. :(

While it is a good idea to educate the congress regarding the impact the EB Green Card applicants could have on the Housing Market. It is a terrible idea to propose a legislation which would offer GCs to applicants who would purchases houses in US. To put it bluntly, the legislation seems to be meant for selling GCs to applicants who are in a position to afford it, offering GC to applicants who will invest in housing market is akin to giving out GCs for cash and there is already a category for that. How would one factor in the CP applicants like nurses and PT who are waiting in their home countries?
The idea should be modified to spread the message regarding the positive impact that the EB GC applicants could have on the housing market and not to create a niche category of EB applicants who can purchase their GC to scoot ahead of other less fortunate ones. This proposal should be nipped in the bud before some anti immigrant group or advocate like Lou gets wind of it.

Since many of us will not afford to buy a house right away we have to wait. But if someone is granted a GC then no doubt the possibility to finally settle down in US increases which in turn fuels the desire to buy a house.

Amit, noble thoughts. But that's not how majority of IV members think. We have members who think $50 contribution per month is too much. There is considerable opposition to making IV a paid forum (with even nominal fees of $10 or $20).
Do you think we can get 500 members ready to contribute $500 here? Create a poll on this and see, you'll be lucky if you get 20! Like Jefferson said "those who prefer convenience over freedom and liberty, deserve neither". We are bound to suffer since we aren't ready to act.

Only when we have commitment for $500 with person name and contact info, then we should move forward with the idea of Class action law suit. Who created the monopoly?. Why are there less employers from other countries?. Who is preventing other employers from not hiring people from their own country?. It is a level playing field for all entreprenuers, right?...
anyways, why don't we just patch up and move on... I am getting tired of this already and there are thousands of other people who are feeling the same.
Human nature is what tends to create the monopoly. That's the reason for having laws, we know favorism will always exist but a law would prevent it from going over the limit. The way you want it we'll have whites-only-business, asians-only-business and so on..
When you are tired of this discussion you should ask to stop the ones who started it saying their people are better and brighter than others and hence deserve larger immigration volume, before you ask to stop the people who answer them.

This Greencard battle can be won in just 3-6 months if we can just commitment (not monetary, only active support) from just 10,000 people.
