Correct, unlike in the past, USICS do have some constructive numbers with them now.
I am very very skeptical about the claim that USCIS moved the dates to June 2006 in a random fashion. They could have moved it to Dec 2005, but they moved it to June 2006 because they have the ACTUAL GC numbers (unlike us:)) and they have an estimate of how many could be adjudicated.
Wishful thinking? May be. But everything points to above.

I cannot think of any one good leader left in india. not one who can rise above self-interest and narrow mentality. Can you imagine any one of the so called leaders that was mentioned in this list leading the nation, and not be a laughing stock? remember deva gowda at davos...made a mockery of India there. Mayawati/modi, etc. what kind of leadership qualities (international affairs/finance/etc) do they have? the only kind of experience they have is gundaism, and creating conflicts with caste, culture and religion.
I wish most of the current class of leaders were erased, and a new class of leaders were brought in. Sadly that'll never happen with the kind of democratic setup we have. in the name of representation, we are debarring intellects, and people with broad vision from joining politics.

I did not mean sector. I was refering to his statement about people from one country monopolizing the visas.

I think there is a certain percantage or number allotted for each quarter to avoid unavailability of visas. Otherwise, there is always the possibility that if enough people are in the pipeline waiting, all visas could be allocated when the Fiscal year begins in Oct which would mean visas could become Unavailable very soon.

Way to go Arvind..... Chandu pls note 2 contributors without even a campaign launch.
But on the flip side I totally agree with Walkingdude that once IV files a case then it is the end of discussion and everything else. So again consult a good lawyer actually a very good lawyer.....and then decide to proceed.
We will stand with whatever our IV core decides but lets give it a serious thought
IV team & friends, please remember this is just my first phase of contribution and can go beyond than what I confirmed if we know how much it's going to cost.....

How about everyone who came up with this idea on this thread. Why should IV core or murthy or someone do this ?
Does any one on this forum happen to know an approximate dollar amount that would cost for if we (IV team) is planning to proceed further with this class action law suite on USCIS?? the reason I am asking for is if we have known dollar amount/target amount in hand it makes it easy for all to start contributing towards this target amount and proceed further with law suite.
I am sure someone on IV team would create a separate bucket for this specific class action law suite task and keep track of amount that's been collected...
